We have a fantastic range of Hand Selected Quality Products giving you the ability to buy in the comfort of your own home. By viewing the pages of Starr Harmonies website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and also to the provision of our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions of sale and all related issues shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia.
Starr Harmonies reserves the right to amend or update these terms of conditions at any time without notice.
DISCLAIMER
The information contained on the Starr Harmonies website is provided in good faith and every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this information. However, Starr Harmonies shall have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any inaccuracy or misleading information caused directly or indirectly by the information contained on the site. Starr Harmonies makes no warrantees or representations of any kind in regards to this site including physical product, images, words, product descriptions, keywords or any other content. Products listed on this website are for personal beliefs and entertainment purposes ONLY. Whilst they can be useful on your personal journey - in case of illness or otherwise we highly recommend continuing with the advice and treatment issued by your health practitioner.
Although care is taken, Starr Harmonies does not warrant that all the information on this site is complete, accurate, up to date or current. Starr Harmonies will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with this site or products or arising from the use of this site or any of its products.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions, prices and delivery fees are kept as accurate as possible, however these are subject to change without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible but are unable to warrant that such information will be current or without error.
Note that for Australian deliveries, all prices are GST inclusive.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paypal is our chosen method. It ensures Secure, Encrypted, Safe Transactions and can be used to pay via Credit Card, Cheque or Savings Account or your existing Paypal funds. It also ensures keeping your details private.
Money Orders and Direct Debit can be accepted by prior arrangement and these orders can be placed via email only. We do not accept personal cheques.
DELIVERY
Once you have placed your order, Starr Harmonies will endeavour to process your order within 1 - 2 working days of receipt of the order. While every effort is made to deliver according to timeframes stated on our website, in some cases we are reliant upon stock availability and third parties to ensure the delivery takes place. We currently use Australia Post for all deliveries and all parcels are registered for protection of all parties involved. Express post is available if requested if you require your parcel urgently. Please note that these parcels are not insured and do not require a signature upon delivery.We therefore cannot be held accountable for any items that are lost or delayed.
By placing an order, you agree not to hold Starr Harmonies liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
ADDRESSING
Please ensure that you give the correct mailing address when registering. If a customer is found to have supplied an incorrect or insufficient address, Starr Harmonies will not refund or resend the item/s and all responsibility for correcting the delivery will be the responsibility of the Customer.
If a package is found to be wrongly addressed by Starr Harmonies then we shall be responsible for re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the item/s.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International Buyers are welcome. Please email your order to us at enquiries@starrharmonies.com.au so we may advise stock availability and appropriate postage costs to your destination. Please note all of our electrical products are Australian Standards Approved therefore they will not be suitable for use internationally. All Customs charges & fees are payable by the customer and please be aware that some products are not suitable for international delivery due to Customs requirements.

RETURNS
Returns and Exchanges
We do not refund for change of mind. If the item/s you have received is not what you expected or you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 14 days. Please send notification email to enquiries@starrharmonies.com.au and we will advise the outcome professionally and at our discretion. Please note that all return postage costs in all instances are the responsibility of the customer and all postage charges related to the purchase are not refundable by Starr Harmonies. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage, because should the package become lost in transit Starr Harmonies may assume that you have decided not to return the item/s.
- Please Note that all Personal Hygience Products, Skin (including earrings), Health & Body items (including food and herb products, soaps, body and foot brushes, Aromatherapy oils, massage oils and perfumes) cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Starr Harmonies takes great care in ensuring that items are not defective before despatch. However, if any item/s are found to be faulty or damaged on arrival at their destination we will arrange for a refund or replacement item/s. Notification of the defective item/s must be received at Starr Harmonies within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Please send notification email to enquiries@starrharmonies.com.au and we will advise the address to which the item/s should be returned.
Once you have received return advice, defective items must be returned to Starr Harmonies within 14 days. On receipt of the item a replacement will be despatched to you (subject to availability) at our cost. If a replacement is not available we will reimburse the cost of the original item, including delivery fee, by way of the original method of payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that item/s are adequately packaged when returning them. You also need to include a note explaining the reason why you are returning the item/s. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage, because should the package become lost in transit Starr Harmonies may assume that you have decided not to return the item/s.
If an item is found to be faulty more than 14 days after receipt, and the fault is not due to normal wear and tear, please notify us at enquiries@starrharmonies.com.au with an explanation of what the problem is. We will then assess the problem and advise how to proceed.
Please note: We will replace faulty Cords ONLY (does not apply to actual Lamp or bulbs) with relation to Salt Lamp, Selenite Lamp, Rose Quartz Lamp products within 3 months upon return/receipt of the faulty product and proof of purchase. You will need to contact us prior to returning/sending to arrange this.
